Happy to use this unit!!!!!!!!

I got moved in finaly on Saturday, I was supposed to have received a map with the marked parking spaces, but I never got it. Thakfully, the local attendent showed up at the facility and got me squared away. My advice is to make an appointment to meet with the branch manager so you get timely service.

Great location, secure, reasonably good hours to access the property.

It's very good place for storge stuff. And price it's very good and very nice facility. And their attitude are very nice.

Highly recommend to anyone. Key code access was a breeze. We only have a small unit for summer rental.

Everything was a great experience, very friendly... The only thing was that when on the phone when I was reserving the space, I asked what my total price was going to be. I wasn't told about the key charge... Which was around $20 extra... Other than very satisfied

The price was great and setup online was really easy. They delivered the lock to my unit very quickly so that I could get moved in the same afternoon.

Customers was exceptionally! I was also surprised how clean the unit was.

Everything was nice and clean and the staff was helpful when I had some questions.

For the most part the experience was a good one. My only frustration was the there was only one of the elevators running, which made the move up to the 3rd floor challenging. I had visited the facility a week before and the same elevator was not running. Over the weekend with a number of move in and out, have both elevators available is a must.

I applied and was able to get into the storage on the day I selected. It was too easy.

Clean units, staff very friendly and helpful. Packing materials in the office if you need anything. Carts to help bring your items in to your storage space. They have climate controlled units to choose from.

It was all as expected, except the required insurance and the cost of it.

The unit was very clean, and Kenny helped me secure a second one when I packed the first and ran out of room. He also told me about the app. Thanks!

My experience with u-haul was excellent. The process for renting a truck was easy, simple and short; with outstanding customer service!

The rental process went smoothly. Facility and location are excellent. Just wish we didn't have to make a second visit to confirm our homeowners insurance negated the need for insurance from Public Storage.

Mary Ann was such a sweetheart and huge help in my time of need. She went out of her way to call around her competitors to find me the best price for the unit I was needing. After everything was said and done I decided to stay with Public Storage because for one I appreciated everything Mary Ann did to help make a decision during such a stressful time, and two they were cheaper, and three my unit was clean abbr so was the office and grounds. IF I ever need a storage unit in the near future I would definitely come back to public storage and I'd definitely recommend the storage!!!!!

It is a very clean and trustworthy place. I was a little concerned, however, when I stopped by yesterday and the gate was left opened. I saw a sign that the elevators weren't working, either, so perhaps they were having an issue with electricity. I wish they had a police presence to guard the place while the gates were opened for that amount of time.

Not much to be surprised about renting a storage locker. The office person was efficient and helpful. The process was short and sweet. I would have preferred that the website had informed me of the additional charges and payment arrangements, rather than being surprised by them when I arrived.
